    Best Eyeliner

    I have ordered this Tried-and-True Value set gel liners a couple of times and have never found anything better. The color range covers a beautiful array of complimenting range, high quality color pop formula, which is creamy, pigmented, easy to apply, lasts in waterline and won't break the bank. I hope this set is never discontinued. Can't recommend highly enough.
